Displore Accounts stores information needed to operate your accounting workspace, including your name, email address, password hash, customers/vendors, invoices, payments, expenses, settings, and login security records.
Your password is stored as a secure hash, not as plain text. Login OTPs are generated for authentication and expire quickly. Failed login attempts may be recorded to protect accounts from abuse.
Your accounting records are separated by user account. Normal users can access only their own workspace. Admin users may manage user accounts and reset passwords.
We do not sell your accounting data. Email may be used to send login OTPs and account security messages. Hosting providers and mail systems may process data as needed to operate the website.
You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into invoice or expense notes. Contact the site owner if you need account access help or data removal assistance.
